This rig started life as a regular cab shortbox. It's got a 5.5" trailmaster lift kit with the 3" body. 33" tires on eagle alloys. I swapped the cab and chopped the box to 4'10". The balanced 4.3L is 30 over, decked block, vortec heads, huge cam, chip, headers, 3" exhaust with a 700R4 with shift kit and b&m ratchet shifter.

nice truck i am currently restoring a 1991 gmc sonoma how big of tires can you fit without the 3" body

I like this truck! You did a nice job on the bed. I am in the process of looking to buy a Chevy S-10. They are nice and reliable.
