Reader’s Rides & Off Road Vehicles

This is my 1959 land rover series 2 109.  it has a chevy 350 mated to an SM465 transmission then to a Dana 18.  The 350 breaths through a TBI and through a custom exhast with a Flomaster muffler.  The front axle is a stock rover type, the rear is a salisburry type with a Detroit locker.  The axles have the stock 4.7 ring and pinion gears.  The suspension is all stock.  It has the stock 15 inch steel wheels wraped with 33X10.50 BFGoodrich baja ***  I am a student in high school and this is my firs vehicle.  I built it with some help from my father and it is the baddest rig in school.
