Mass lift laws do s%ck. I work at an inspection station and I go through the whole lower it down with little tires every year. Even at 4 inch lift you may be too tall. Sweet 2 for sure

also due to the lift law in my state i went to inspect it and they said my lift is too high so i was thinking about taking my body lift out and leaving the 4in suspension lift in.what is better to have a body lift or a suspension lift?

I would say go with the 33/13.50/15 LTB SWAMPERS.Good tire, just enough tire to do what u want to.
