It's a 1948 thriftmaster cab and frame sitting on top of a 40's 6x6 frame and 2.5 ton diffs. It's running 56" tractor tires being powered by a 454. One mod is that the transfer case is completely custom 5:1 gear ratio. The second mod is that the radiator has been moved to the middle of the truck. The third mod is that there is hydraulic steering and the same hydraulics can lift the entire thriftmaster cab and frame above the 6x6 frame.
